Mike Hawkins
Recruiting
Mike is from Gulf Breeze, FL and graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2018. He spent five years as a Logistics officer, serving with 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade at Hunter Airfield and spent 9 months on a deployment to Europe.
This summer, Mike will be joining BCG Chicago as a summer consultant. He spends his time playing golf, walking his dogs, fantasy football and listening to podcasts.
Natalia Badger
Marketing
Natalia is from Chicago, IL and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Geophysics and Russian Studies. She commissioned in 2019 as an Intelligence officer and spent four years at Fort Carson with Aviation and EOD units.
Natalia will join BCG Washington DC as a summer consultant this year. She enjoys painting, skiing and spending time with her family who still live in Lincoln Park.
Ainara Manlutac
Admissions
Ainara is originally from San Diego and graduated from UCLA in 2018. She served four years as an Army Engineer officer at Fort Cavazos. She also held positions in recruiting and basic training.
Ainara will be interning at AWS in San Francisco as a part of their Business development team.
Michael Hoffman
Treasurer
Michael grew up in Concord, MA and is a 2017 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He spent five years in the Navy as a submarine officer, stationed on the USS Seawolf in Bremerton, WA.
Michael will be joining McKinsey in their Boston office as a generalist and looking to get involved in their industrials practice.
Andrew Metcalf
Corporate Relations
Andrew is originally from Naperville and attended the United States Naval Academy where he received a bachelors in Political Science in 2010. He spent 13 years in the Navy as a MH-60 pilot.
Andrew will be joining BCG summer in their Chicago office. In his free time, Andrew enjoys running, cooking and chasing his kids around.
Zain Shaikh
Events
Zain grew up in New Jersey and graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2018. He served five years as an infantry officer at Fort Campbell.
Zain recruited for consulting and will be joining Bain Chicago this summer.
In his free time, he is an EMT, works with a biotech startup and plays guitar and sings in a band.
Guy Ben-Ami
Alumni Relations
Born and raised in Tel-Mond, a small town in Israel, Guy served for severn years in the IDF's Navy, five as an enlisted sailor and two as an officer. Guy served as mechanical engineering specialist on IDF ships and spent 2 years with the Shayetet 13, the Israeli equivalent of the Navy Seals. As a part of his military service, he received a degree in Political Science from the University of Haifa.
Guy is transitioning to management consulting and will be at Roland Berger this summer as senior consultant.
